Frequently Asked Questions
When will my delivery arrive?
Original artworks are dispatched in 1-3 business days.
Prints are printed to order and dispatch within 1-2 weeks.
Domestic deliveries (UK) are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class and they aim to deliver in 1-2 business days.
International deliveries are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed and they aim to deliver in 3-5 days Europe and 5-7 days Worldwide.
How is my artwork packaged?
Original artworks are protected in a plastic sleeve, sandwiched between cardboard sheets then wrapped in paper and sent in a well-fitting sturdy cardboard box.
Prints 8"x10" and smaller are packaged with care in a protective plastic sleeve and shipped in a sturdy cardboard-backed envelope.
Prints 12"x12" and larger are rolled in tissue, secured with a ribbon and shipped in a cardboard mailing tube.
Do you ship to my country?
We currently have shipping open to multiple international countries. If you don’t see your country at the time of checkout please email us at kaloolajay@outlook.com to ask that your country be added. Please note that with international orders, some countries may charge customs fees which the receiver will be required to pay.
Do you offer custom sizing for prints?
Yes, the standard print sizes we stock are all listed for each print design, but do get in touch as we can order bespoke sizes. We can also offer custom paper textures and finishes depending on your requirements.
Where is your artwork made?
All artwork is made and printed in Yorkshire, UK. We use a lovely local print house and package all orders personally in-house.
