Do you accept cancellations?

We accept cancellations in most circumstances if the order has not yet been shipped.

Do you accept returns?

We accept returns and exchanges on most products*. Please contact us at kaloolajay@outlook.com within 14 days of delivery.

Conditions of Return:

  • Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.
  • If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
  • We recommend using the original packaging for your return, unless it is damaged.
  • To be eligible for a refund, please request a return within 14 days of delivery, and send it back within 30 days of delivery.

*Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:

  • Original artwork
  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Items on sale/clearance
